CF Moto plans to hit the sport market by launching 300 SR this year. Check out it's impressive features.

Chinese automaker, CFMoto's 300SR has been launched in the Philippines. And now, it has huge plans to make its way to India sometime this year. The company has already launched the BS6 300NK and planning to expand its line-up and it will eventually be accompanied by its faired sibling with the faired vision of the naked, the 300SR. According to our sources, the 300SR will be launched in the first half 0f this year, 2021.

Engine

Now, the CFMoto 300SR is based on its sibling 300NK, will be launched in India soon in its BS6 avatar. Both motorcycles uses the same engine and hardware and come with similar features. It is a 292.4cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine churns out 29.4 PS at 8750 RPM and 25.3 Nm at 7250rpm, mated to a six-speed gearbox. Motorbike which tend to produce 33.5bhp of power and 20.5Nm of torque. The top speed is rated at 138 km/hr for the 300SR and 128 km/hr for 250SR. The small 249cc 250SR makes a lesser 27.5 PS at 10,000 RPM.

Colors

The motorbike comes in two shades Black and Nebula as the model year update. The new paint, Nebula White comprises the brand’s signature combination of teal and white. It also displays a bold and dark ‘CFMoto’ logo across the side fairing. New color lends a clean look to the full-faired motorcycle and is not dramatic as the previous options.

Features

The bike gets the lightweight, 37mm USD fork front suspension, integrated frame design and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear. Meanwhile, the braking setup consists of a single 292mm disc up front wheel and a 220mm disc at the rear is ready to take on daily riding and the track's rigours. Dual-channel ABS at both the ends comes as standard. In case of emergency braking, intelligent ABS reduces the possibility of locking wheels.

Other features include a five-inch TFT digital instrument cluster, full LED highlights, clip-on handlebars, an underbelly exhaust and 17-inch wheels which come wrapped in 110/70-section and 140/60 tyre at the front and rear.

Price

CF Moto could globally unveil the 250 SR and 300 SR in April this year and we can expect a competitive price tag around Rs 2.49 lakh. At this price, it is likely to go up against the likes of the KTM RC 390, TVS Apache RR 310 and Kawasaki Ninja 300.
