World's longest car restored with a pool, golf course, helipad, and more

The Guinness World Records has declared the world's longest car in the world with full glory. This super limo named " The American Dream" measures 30.54 meters (100 ft and 1.50 inches).

The image of this restored car has been posted by Guinness World Records on its official website and other social media platforms. Generally, a normal car is between 12 and 16 feet long on an average.

Originally, the car was built in California's Burbank in 1986 by manufacturer Jay Ohrberg. At that time, it was measured 60 feet, rolled on 26 wheels with a pair of V8 engines at the front and rear.

After some modifications, it was extended to 30.5 meters. Currently, it is slightly longer than this. If go by the Indian market, 6 Honda City sedans (15 feet each) can be parked along side and some space will still be left at the back of "The American Dream" .

"The American Dream" is based on 1976 Cadillac EldTorado limousines and can be driven from both the ends.

However, the long size of the car means that it offers a luxurious ride to passengers. Inside, there's a waterbed, jacuzzi, mini-golf course, a swimming pool with a diving board, and many more outrageous facilities.

Also, there are refrigerators, television set, and a telephone. It can carry more than 75 people, as per Guinness World Records.

"The American Dream" has appeared in many movies and was a popular car on hire during its prime. However, owning to its high maintenance cost and parking issues, people lost interest in the car. Therefore, the Manning finally decided to restore the car and bought it from eBay.
