The speeding Audi Q3 lost control and crashed into a Punjab National Bank building in Koramangala, Bengaluru in the wee hours of Tuesday.
Seven people including the son of a DMK MLA were killed after an Audi car with a VIP number plate crashed into an electric pole, last night, nobody was wearing seat belts.
As per police, a group of three women and four men died on the spot, who were travelling in an SUV. Though, the vehicle was meant to seat five people but there were seven people in the car. Karuna Sagar, son of DMK MLA Y Prakash and his wife Bindu were also in the group.

The incident took place at around 1:45 AM near Koramangala. The driver lost control of the Audi Q3, which went over the footpath before hitting the compound wall of a Punjab National bank with intensity.
The CCTV footage shows the exact moment when the car smashed into the pole at a high speed. The car was completely wrecked in the incident.
Audogodi traffic police have registered an FIR regarding rash and negligent driving and the bodies have been moved to St John's hospital for post-mortem.
