Officials said, the constable received minor injuries, who was driving his i20 car, fell into the ditch, was protected by locals and passersby.
This led to waterlogging and traffic snarls on several road stretches like Palam, Kirari, Ring Road, Pragati Maidan, and Rohtak road. “Waterlogging reported at Pulpehladpur under railway bridge. Traffic is headed from Mehrauli-Badarpur (MB) road to Mathura road,” the Delhi Traffic Police shared this information by tweet.

One such incident took place in June, a parked car in Ghatkopar residential society, Mumbai, fell into sealed well. The incident, much akin to the Delhi incident, was recorded and became viral on social media. The video shot shows the parking area completely caving in and as a result, swallowing the Hyundai's Venue.
