Settle your all pending challans now!

National Lok Adalat 2023 has been organised by Delhi Traffic Police for the settlement of all pending challans that are filed against your vehicle.

This service was temporarily closed. After pandemic, it's the first time that Delhi government has started Special Lok Adalat. In this, the challan of needy people will be waived off or extra discount will be given in case they face any financial issues. The next Lok Adalat will be held on 13th May, 2023 from 10 AM to 4 PM at High Court of Delhi, All District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Delhi State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Delhi.

Owners need to present the hard copies of their pending challans to participate in Lok Adalat process.

How to download the traffic challan?

Vehicle owners can download their challan from CarInfo app or official website of Delhi Traffic Police or Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) (This will be available from 9th May)

NOTE: Only the challan that are sent by notice are pending till 31 October 2022 will be accepted in the court.

For downloading from CarInfo app, you just need to follow these 4 simple steps:

1. Click on Check Challan button on homepage of the app
2. Enter vehicle number
3. Your challans will be shown related to the vehicle number
4. You can click on see receipt to download the challan

For downloading from official website, follow these steps:

1. Enter the vehicle number
2. Enter the last 5 characters of Chassis and Engine number
3. Click on Notice Details to print notice for Lok Adalat
4. Click on Challan Details button to print challan
5. Click on Print Notice to proceed with court selection process

Procedure for E-token for National Lok Adalat

To be in Lok Adalat, you need to generate a token to reach the court premises on time and date mentioned in the notice with the hard copy of your challan. Follow these steps to get E-token/Online appointment.

1. First, you need to open the official website of Lok Adalat E-Token Registration Delhi. Select any suitable language from the top.
2. Click on E-Token Registration.
3. Then click on Traffic Challan E-Token Online Registration Online Appointment.
4. A Lok Adalat Registration form will be open
5. Kindly fill up this form and click on submit.
6. Now you can present this in Lok Adalat on the given date and time with challan.
