The Delhi Government is planning to take strict action against unregistered vehicles that are plying on the road. as vehicles without a valid registration plate are being driven.
As per the guidelines, if any person is found riding an unregistered vehicle will attract a penalty of Rs 5000 for the first time while the second offense will attract a fine of Rs 10,000 along with imprisonment of up to 1 year.
This implies that a vehicle can't run on a public road without registration number or just with a sheet of paper. The showrooms are supposed to release vehicle along with registration number.
