MG Motor has started their new doorstep service program called "MG Service on wheels". This new service will provide customers with maintenance and repairs for their vehicle at home only. Currently, this service is launched as a pilot program in Rajkot. It will be launched in more cities in a phased manner.
This service will be providing most of the operations that are performed at workshops at customer's place only. This practise will be carried out by fully trained and certified technicians.
The technicians will be operating from a mobile workshop with all necessary tools, spare parts, and other digital assets to support immediate requirements. The customer would be able to book an appointment via system.
