KUV 100 NXT is one of the most affordable SUVs from the Mahindra stable. It offers high ground clearance, a solid build, and reliable engine.
Launched in 2016, Mahindra introduced KUV in the market as an affordable SUV. However, since then, to keep up with the technological advancements and go through the evolution it went on to become KUV 100 NXT. Often wondered if it is an SUV or a hatchback, we can all agree that it is more of the latter. In KUV 100 NXT, Mahindra has added more new premium features and also improved styling and looks considerably. Only a few can match the combination of stylish looks, glossy colors, and affordable price which Mahindra has provided in KUV 100 NXT.
Mahindra KUV 100 NXT is a perfect amalgamation of fun to ride and premium. Mahindra has also listened to the customer reviews and updated the drive experience and made it much smoother. These new smaller yet significant changes truly makes it the next-generation car. The initial plan of Mahindra to target a customer base of the young generation remains intact and well on its way.
Mahindra KUV NXT is available in three variants: Mahindra KUV 100 G80 K2 Plus 6 Str, Mahindra KUV 100 G80 K4 Plus 6Str, Mahindra KUV 100 G80 K6 Plus 6Str
Exterior
As mentioned above, Mahindra has now made the colors of the KUV 100 NXT glossier, which adds to the looks even more. The design of the car is made while keeping the taste and choice of youth in mind and it doesn’t disappoint. The new alloys are a huge improvement and give it a premium look.
The styling has also changed a bit with changes in the front grille. Headlamps are also changed for the better. The front bumper has got a newly revised changed and the brand new fog lamps are a thing of beauty. The wing mirrors have an electrical folding and they look great as they have been blacked completely. Tail lamps and the headlamps are dual barreled which adds to the utility of the car. The fact that they have also added the contrast roof color, which is black only for all the variants is a step in the right direction.
The new muscular front bumper with silver skid plate and flared wheel arches with a wheel have uplifted the design by quite some margin. The new exteriors make the design more quirky and flamboyant and also adds extra spice which was needed.
At the rear end, the integrated spoilers with muscular linings and aero corners add to the car’s look. All in all the new design of KUV 100 NXT does look refreshing. There are a host of colors that are available In KUV100 NXT: Dazzling Silver and metallic black, Designer grey, Flamboyant red and metallic black, Flamboyant red, Fiery orange, Polar white, Midnight black.
Interiors
Once you step into the car the space within can leave anyone in awe. The knee room and the headroom is more than adequate. The main feature which Mahindra has been insisting on KUV’s inception is that it can host six people. Though the claims are correct and three people can sit comfortably at the rear end, but at the front(or the middle row seat), some people can find it a bit tight. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a short commute or journey it can certainly host six people. The legroom and knee space for the rear end passenger seats are ample.
Moving on, the KUV 100 NXT interiors are now all black. The seat material now looks more premium than before and continuing with the theme Piano-Black insets and silver accents on the dashboard lend a premium touch to the interiors. The gear level is certainly surprising but in the long run, you ought to get accustomed to it. There is an under tray storage for the co-driver’s seat.
There is a new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system available in the front which is handy to use. Several storage spaces have been provided such as sunglass holder, cup-holders, cooled glove box, under-floor storage, and bottle holders. Boot space is a bit less but other than that KUV 100 NXT fulfills all your needs.
