Toyota Fortuner has been in the market for a very long time and is one of the most popular SUV's in India. It is known for its low cost maintenance, reliability and off-road capabilities. You all must have seen several videos of updated Fortuner on web. But today, we are going to show you the modification of this SUV which may be the first in India.

A video has been uploaded by Revokid Vlogs on their youtube channel. The vlogger has shown a setup in the boot of his car. The car has been partially covered for installing the toilet setup. The 2021 model of Toyota Fortuner is the top-end variant. The vlogger doesn't reveal what this setup is for in the beginning.

This feature will be useful when one is on a road trip and is not ready to use a public toilet. The changes has been done by Ojes garage which does customization work on cars and caravans. It can be seen in this video that looks stock from outside. The only noticeable change are the tyres. The stock Highway Terrain tires have been replaced by 18 inch BF Goodrich AT tyres.

Vlogger then moves inside to show the built-in toilet in SUV. One of the third row seats has been removed to installed the toilet inside the car. The toilet can be accessed by simply folding the second row seat. The flooring of toilet has been redone for this particular modification and a dedicated water tank has been installed for the car toilet.

Even if the car is driven on a rough roads, the water won’t spill out of the tank. Apart from this, no major changes have been done to the SUV. The similar type of feature was also there in Mahindra Bolero. However, in that case, the last row was completely occupied. But, in this case only one seat and the some boot space has been utilized.

The updated Toyota Fortuner is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The diesel engine is powered by 2.8 litre that generates 205 Ps and 500 Nm of peak torque. The petrol variant is powered by a 2.7 litre engine that produces 165 Ps and 245 Nm of peak torque. Both engines are available with automatic and manual transmission options but only the diesel version comes with 4×4 as an option.
