IPL Cricketer Prithvi Shaw has become a proud owner of the new BMW 6 Series. The batsman turned to social media to show off his brand new BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo. He took the delivery of the car in Mumbai after returning from UAE where he was playing for the Delhi Capitals in the recently concluded IPL 2021.
The BMW 6 Series is available in three variants - 620d Luxury Line, 630i M Sport, and 630d M Sport and three engine choices, including one petrol and two diesel options. It costs ₹ 68.50 lakh (ex-showroom) going up to ₹ 79.20 (ex-showroom).
The car comes with a wider kidney grille, revised bumpers, redesigned headlights, etc. As far as the cabin is concerned, well, it is equally luxurious featuring a 12.3-inch touchscreen instrument console with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android auto Connectivity. Other features include 360-degree camera, ambient lighting, electrically adjustable rear seats, and four-zone climate control etc.
It is offered with three engine options - 2.0-litre diesel which produces 190 PS and 400 Nm of torque, a 3.0-litre straight six diesel that churns out 265 PS and 620 Nm of torque and a 2.0-litre petrol variant that puts out 255 PS and 400 Nm of torque. All come mated to an 8-speed ZF sourced torque converter automatic gearbox.
