On Wednesday, the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal announced that the government is planning to launch the good premium quality bus service to people so that they leave their private vehicles and use public vehicles.
The government is also planning to provide the app-based bus aggregator scheme and have asked the public opinion on this thought.
He also said that many countries have developed so far and it's the time that India matches the route.
He conducted a meeting with the Transport Department to discuss the ways of using the existing fleet of buses efficiently and how to integrate all modes of public transport and many more.
This scheme was first struck-down in 2016 by the Lieutenant Governor for not taking his permission on the same.
