In November 2018, Classic Legends introduced the classic Jawa motorbike brand to India. The business plans is to revive Yezdi with new-generation models in the following months. Multiple spy videos and photos have previously shown the test mules for the new Yezdi motorcycles, and the two-wheeler manufacturer recently teased the brand's return with an official teaser.
The business has not yet declared a launch date for the new Yezdi bike. According to reports, it will launch the model in November.
The Roadking adventure and Roadking scrambler are most likely the first Yezdi models. In India, the business trademarked the Yezdi Roadking nameplate. It will be a retro-classic motorbike that will most likely share the Jawa motorcycles' platform and engine. However, it will have an entirely distinct appearance and styling than Jawas. The new Yezdi bike will have a redesigned circular headlight, dual-tone fuel tank with embossed 'Legendary Yezdi' badging, round LED taillight, raised front fender, and old-school exhausts, according to spy images.
The instrument console on the new Yezdi bike will be entirely digital. An integrated tire hugger will hold the number plate. Dedicated front and rear racks will be available for the Yezdi Roadking adventure. Radiator crash guards, spoke wheels, Dual front fenders, a big windscreen, engine, and split seats are other prominent features. The broad and elevated handlebars and the centrally located footpegs should make for a comfortable riding position.
The Yezdi Roadking has a 293cc single-cylinder engine that produces 27.3PS and 27.02Nm of torque at its peak. It's the same engine that powers Jawa motorcycles, and The Jawa Perak 334cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine will power the Yezdi Roadking Adventure. It has 30.64PS of power and 32.74Nm of torque. The Ex-showroom price of a Yezdi Scrambler is approximately Rs 1.75 lakh, and an ADV at Rs 1.90 to Rs 2 lakh.
