Recently, Apple announced that it will launch a new generation of CarPlay that will be incorporated deeper into the core driving systems of cars.
It will be able to provide data on the screens of the vehicle, such as speed, miles, and fuel level. Additionally, it will now even allow drivers to adjust temperature for seats and cabin without exiting the CarPlay app.
Apple CarPlay will merge the best of both worlds - the iPhone and the car. It will not just be constrained to infotainment screen, but also it will power the entire instrument cluster.
Vehicle owners can also customize the feel and look of the entire instrument cluster via Apple CarPlay such as, dial treatments, different colors, layers and backgrounds.
